Job summary
ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production challenges and enhance quality and efficiency. The role focuses on developing and refining manufacturing processes while ensuring safety and compliance.
Candidates should have a engineering degree or diploma and at least three years in manufacturing or process engineering, with familiarity in Lean/Six Sigma and automation being advantageous.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, automation or digital manufacturing is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost and productivity.
- Troubleshoot production/process issues and implement corrective improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and new technologies.
- Analyse manufacturing data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure processes comply with HSE, quality and engineering standards.
- Support implementation and validation of new processes, equipment and systems.
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams on manufacturing improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when required.

Location: North East (Company pick up provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
