Job summary

ES Corporate Functions seeks a qualified CPA with Big Four deal advisory experience to join our finance team in Hong Kong, partnering with investment deal teams and supporting financial due diligence.

You will review reports, establish investment structures, coordinate with treasury and regional teams, and help manage portfolio company finances, while leveraging Excel and PowerPoint to process data and communicate findings.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification with Big Four deal advisory/transaction services experience.
• 5–6 years in transactional services/ deal advisory.
• Strong data processing skills with Excel; proficient in PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; capable of working across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, and capital market teams on deal execution and management.
• Assist in due diligence processes by engaging with financial advisors and reviewing their reports.
• Review transaction and financing documents, including agreements related to acquisitions and financing activities.
• Help establish investment structures and prepare funds flow files for deal closings, coordinating with treasury teams.
• Manage reporting processes, including reviewing monthly accounts and quarterly financial reports.
• Coordinate funding activities with teams across different regions.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong data processing skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
