Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Officer to perform, coordinate and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works at our Fotan location. You will liaise with the internal team and external sub-contractors, supervise progress to meet quality standards and schedules, and help allocate daily tasks in line with company standards.

Candidates with 2+ years in maintenance, F&B experience preferred, and strong MS Office and Chinese Word Processing skills will be considered

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance.
• Experience in the F&B industry preferred.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the internal maintenance team and external sub-contractors.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the progress of maintenance activities to ensure they meet quality standards and schedules.
• Help allocate daily maintenance tasks and ensure work complies with company standards.
• Assist with the supervision of maintenance store inventory and records.
• Support the planning and regular reporting of maintenance progress.
