Int'l Law Firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate & Regulatory Associate with 5+ years of PQE for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role spans regulatory and corporate work, including licensing, conduct, and M&A for insurers and financial services clients across HK and the region.

You will work closely with a senior lawyer, contribute to building the practice, and benefit from an entrepreneurial environment with no fixed billable targets. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/regulatory law.
• M&A experience prioritized by team needs.
• Regulatory and financial services knowledge in Hong Kong is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise insurers, reinsurers and financial services clients on licensing, conduct and compliance matters across HK and the region.
• Support corporate, commercial and restructuring work for insurer clients, including M&A transactions.
• Assist in building the practice by developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
