Moët Hennessy in Hong Kong is offering a Supply Chain Intern position for six months, starting November 2026, full-time. You will gain hands-on exposure to inbound/outbound shipments, stock management, co-packing, and cross-functional collaboration using SAP and Buyco.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop practical skills in a fast-paced luxury logistics environment, with training across our operational platforms.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduate students or recent graduates.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound shipment management – coordinate with warehouse/forwarder/RCoE and ensure SAP alignment.
• Analyze Incident Reports (IR), classify defects and follow up with involved parties.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents for intercompany stock transfer and rebalancing.
• Bonded and Duty Paid stock transfer: monitor permits and update SAP batches.
• Co-packing support: handle Goods Receipt and monitor schedules.
• Stock management: SKU creation, stock reconciliation and traceability checks.
• Month-end closing/audit support: data entry and documentation for auditors.
• Project support: participate in supply chain optimisation projects.
