Job summary

Burberry Asia Limited is seeking a Client Advisor to represent the Burberry brand in our Hong Kong store. You will deliver exceptional service and act as an ambassador, ensuring the store presentation reflects Burberry's standards while building lasting relationships with Clients.

You will leverage clienteling skills, drive personal and team sales, and work in a fast-paced luxury environment. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required to connect with diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail and passionate in fashion retail

Responsibilities

• As an ambassador of Burberry and maintain store presentation standards
• Demonstrate a strong sense of clienteling and build the relationship with new and existing Clients
• Drive and achieve individual and team goals and be accountable for sales results
• Be a good team-player, contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
