The candidate should be data-driven, consumer-centric, with a passion for beauty and a sharp eye for detail. 6+ years in the beauty industry and fluency in English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Beauty Industry; trade marketing experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret numbers and derive insights.
• Self-motivated, team player, able to multi‑task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor monthly promotion calendars across retail channels.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure timely rollout of promotions.
• Analyze promotion performance and optimize future activities.
• Negotiate and secure in‑mall visibility and promotional support from trade partners.
• Support development of annual trade marketing strategy and channel plans.
