GS Consultants Limited is seeking experienced CS/after-sales calibres to provide premium services for VIP customers. You will manage premium after-sales and repair services, ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient handling of enquiries.

Renewals, registrations, and general administrative duties will be part of the role, requiring a detail-minded approach and strong business sense. This position is based in Hong Kong and targets experienced professionals in luxury retail.

Competenze

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years experience in retail industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded with good business sense.
• Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered as After Sales Services Executive.

Mansioni

• Responsible for premium after sales and repair services.
• Provide high quality customer services, handle customer enquiries efficiently.
• Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional manner.
• Repair registration and general administrative duties.
