Once the LMS is launched and scaled, this role is responsible for the efficient operation, continuous improvement, and strategic expansion of lululemon's vendor LMS. Specializing in LMS setup and administration and e‑learning instructional design and development, the Vendor Training Platform Lead uses best practice and the latest trends in technology‑enhanced learning and learning experience design to enhance user experience, streamline support processes, and ensure the platform continuously evolves to meet lululemon priorities and requirements.

Core responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operations and administrations of vendor LMS infrastructure.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs Change and Training with the implementation of the vendor LMS project.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of internal policies governing the full lifecycle of user accounts, role‑based access, content management, and platform utilization to ensure consistency, security, and scalability.
  • Manage the integrity of the organizational structures, content standards, workflows, and content management strategy within lululemon's vendor LMS.
  • Define content lifecycle management policies, including content approval processes, version control, archiving, and periodic reviews to ensure course relevance, quality, and alignment with evolving organizational priorities.
  • Develop migration roadmaps and phased implementation plans to enhance user readiness, streamline transitions from corporate legacy systems, and optimize long‑term engagement.
  • Support learning content uploads (including tagging, testing, and troubleshooting).
  • Support with launching learning to appropriate audiences using the pre‑determined organizational structure and business rules.
  • Oversee and manage the LMS service tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of support requests and high‑quality user experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of service‑level agreements (SLAs), documentation best practices, and standardized support processes to maintain a robust LMS support system.
  • Monitor LMS usage analytics, learner engagement metrics, and system performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional internal collaboration with internal and vendor stakeholders to drive LMS adoption and strategic alignment.
  • Support the implementation of communication, engagement and capacity development strategies to enhance LMS awareness, adoption and utilization.
  • Establish audit and reporting mechanisms to monitor learner engagement and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • At least five years of working experience in LMS setup and administration, e‑learning instructional design and development.
  • Post‑secondary coursework or certifications relating to learning management systems administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in LMS service design, with a strong focus on enhancing LMs technical infrastructure, usability and adoption.
  • Proven experience in LMS development, including custom plugin development, theming, API integration, and system optimization for enterprise learning environments.
  • Proven expertise in scaling LMS infrastructure and learning technology integration.
  • Experience managing LMS features, including personalized learning pathways, AI‑driven analytics and real‑time data visualization dashboards.
  • Technical skills including troubleshooting content related issues and understanding how to manage the user side support – reviewing tickets, prioritizing tickets based on severity, resolving issues with users and LMS governance around those issues.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Must haves
  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
