Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in algorithm development, ML, or AI.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, including transformer models, attention mechanisms, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, training and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Ability to optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Experience with HPC or distributed computing is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Track record delivering results in fast-paced environments.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in algorithm development, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with substantial focus on large language models
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, including transformer models, attention mechanisms, and neural network optimisation techniques
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with demonstrated expertise in implementing complex algorithms
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms
• Solid knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, language model training, and fine‑tuning methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to optimise algorithms for performance, scalability, and computational efficiency
• Experience with high‑performance computing environments and distributed computing frameworks is highly desirable
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments
