Job summary

Keysen Property Management Services Limited is seeking a Manager, Facilities Management (Technical) in Hong Kong. You will lead a team to maintain M&E systems, plan budgets, and ensure statutory compliance across commercial buildings.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese. Experience with tender evaluation and vendor supervision is preferred; HKIE training opportunities are available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering is required.
• At least 1 year in operation and maintenance of commercial buildings.
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) or above is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical staff to carry out routine maintenance and repairs of M&E systems.
• Plan and review overall design, budgets and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Evaluate tender proposals and monitor technical matters of assigned systems.
