Job summary

HSO Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations for clients across industries. You will work with multinational organizations on complex digital transformation, collaborating with a global team of Microsoft experts.

The role focuses on leading functional consulting, conducting workshops, analyzing requirements, configuring Dynamics 365, and guiding testing and UAT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years ERP consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of business processes across industries.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Lead business process workshops with clients.
• Analyze and map business requirements to ERP processes.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet client needs.
• Coordinate system testing and oversee UAT.
• Collaborate with global Microsoft experts on project delivery.
