Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering, IT Degree or similar.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT including strong project management and delivery.
• First-hand experience of software development lifecycle and best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Leverages analytics to detect inefficiencies and mitigate key risk areas.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology (AI, Gen AI, ML, LLMs) for forensic and financial crime projects.
• Coordinate delivery of solutions using Cloud or Agentic AI architecture aligned with client infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end systems development lifecycle from planning to design and implementation.
• Deliver client value by applying domain knowledge and appropriate methodologies.
• Understand business functions and how technology impacts the client’s operations.
• Articulate how technology enables business differentiation and provide professional recommendations.
• Demonstrate leadership: inspire, collaborate, manage delivery quality and risk, and drive strategic thinking.
