Job summary

Larson Maddox represents a leading global hedge fund seeking a Junior KYC/AML Analyst/Associate to join its Hong Kong office. This role suits candidates from investment banking, prime brokerage, or financial services onboarding teams looking to gain exposure to the buy-side.

You will conduct KYC/CDD reviews, AML due diligence for new and existing clients, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather documents, and support remediation and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of KYC/AML, client onboarding, or account opening experience.
• Experience onboarding clients or counterparty accounts and AML reviews preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support client, counterparty, broker, and trading account onboarding processes.
• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews and AML due diligence for new and existing relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, brokers, custodians, and service providers to gather required documentation.
• Assist with periodic KYC reviews, remediation projects, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure onboarding documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Support broader compliance and operational onboarding initiatives as required.
