Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® is seeking a Private Client Advisor in Hong Kong to drive new business growth through proactive, relationship-driven sales. You will build a pipeline by engaging intermediaries, family offices, private banks, and wealth managers while identifying direct client opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, strong networking skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in generating new business and meeting targets.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients or luxury sectors is advantageous.
• CRM proficiency and multilingual capabilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking and partnerships.
• Develop and convert a pipeline of high-net-worth clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Deliver presentations and manage CRM records.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and operations worldwide.
• Represent Henley & Partners with professionalism and integrity.
