Job summary

The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) invites applications for a Project Manager in the Department of Health and Physical Education. The appointee will provide project management and admin support for a major initiative to promote physical literacy among kindergarten children in Hong Kong and to enhance teachers' efficacy in preschool settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master/Doctoral preferred; 7+ years post-qualification PM experience.
• Experience with funded projects, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating school/community research partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork; bilingual English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project operations and stakeholder engagement; liaise with kindergartens, teachers, school leaders, community partners, the donor, and project partners.
• Oversee design and delivery of project components and activities; supervise project team and student helpers.
• Manage project budgets; organise professional development programmes, workshops, events and school-based support activities.
• Prepare reports and project documentation; oversee data collection processes and quality assurance.
• Travel to kindergartens and venues across Hong Kong.
