Job summary

Gemini Personnel Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Junior Pharmacist to support expanding operations at a SME located in Fotan. The role focuses on reviewing pharmaceutical documentation, ensuring GMP/COA compliance, and assisting with import/export and regulatory filings.

You will verify manufacturers and suppliers, maintain regulatory files, follow SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation gaps and support recalls or safety alerts when needed.

Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist preferred; eligible for registration may be considered.
Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance.
Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
Able to independently follow up outstanding documents when necessary.

Support regulatory compliance, recalls, safety alerts and other pharmaceutical compliance matters where required

Job description

A SME located at Fotan is now looking for a Junior Pharmacist to cope with their expanding business.

Responsibilities:

Review pharmaceutical product and manufacturer documentation, including COA, GMP and registration documents
Support verification of manufacturers, suppliers and exporters
Review authorization letters and product compliance records

Requirements:

Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance preferred
Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working according to SOPs
Able to independently follow up outstanding documents and escalate problems when necessary
