Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or related discipline is required.
• Internship or prior experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, media, marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with media relations, social media, content creation or event management is advantageous.
• Interest in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of external communications strategies to enhance AXA's brand reputation and visibility.
• Assist in media relations, drafting press materials, executive talking points, and other communications content.
• Coordinate and manage internal communications to engage employees and share business updates.
• Support campaigns, product launches, CSR/ESG initiatives, and event management activities.
• Contribute to post-event evaluation and reporting to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
