Job summary

Compliance First Consulting Limited is seeking a Compliance Officer. Fresh graduates are welcome. You will handle licensing matters for SFC-licensed entities, perform RO applications, and provide advisory support to clients.

Requirements include 1–3 years of relevant experience (or fresh grads), strong Chinese/English skills with Cantonese fluency, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary is HKD 16K–18K monthly plus a 13-month salary, medical insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience (experienced candidates with higher priority)
• Fresh University graduates are also welcome
• Self-motivated, attention to details
• Willing to learn and proactive character
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese is a must

Responsibilities

• Handle notification and examination matters to ensure compliance of SFC-licensed corporations in respect of statutory requirements
• Handle Securities and Futures Commission – license representative and responsible officer applications
• Provide ad-hoc advice to clients
• Handle and update licensing matters for all licensed individuals and corporate entities
• Handle ad-hoc licensing projects and internal control reviews of clients
