The role offers exposure to private equity, M&A, venture capital and general corporate transactions, with direct mentoring from partners and senior lawyers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HK-qualified lawyer with NQ to 3 PQE.
• Experience in corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital, or commercial matters.
• Strong academic credentials and technical legal skills.
• English fluency; Chinese language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advising clients on M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in transaction management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, financial advisers, and other stakeholders throughout transactions.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cross-border deals.
