Job summary

Venturenix Limited is seeking a System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain an ITSM platform aligned with ITIL practices. The role involves collaboration with IT teams and vendors to deliver business-focused IT solutions.

Key responsibilities include integrating the ITSM platform with other systems, developing automation workflows, and providing ongoing administration and documentation. A strong ITIL background and hands-on ITSM deployment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in financial institutions.
• Experience deploying and administering ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM development; programming background is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement the ITSM platform according to business requirements and the ITIL framework.
• Integrate the ITSM platform with other systems to support key ITSM processes, including incident management, change management and configuration management etc.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Administer, enhance, and support the ITSM platform on an ongoing basis.
• Work with vendors to provide IT support activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including system design, configurations, and operation guides.
