Job summary

EXIO (HK) LIMITED is hiring a Junior Security Engineer to support daily security operations within a fast-paced crypto exchange environment.

You will monitor alerts, assist in incident response, and help maintain DLP, IAM and SIEM tools while growing hands-on skills in cybersecurity, audits, and compliance within a collaborative team.

On-call after hours may apply as part of the collaboration team to ensure continuous security readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in IT security or related field.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISA or equivalent certificates is a plus (Not a Must).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of DLP, IAM, and SIEM concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows systems and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic compliance standards (ISO, NIST, PDPO, HKSFC VATP).
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity concepts, principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills. Strong interest in security and web3 industry, desire to learn and grow in the field.
