Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of banking or IT experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge in production control and monitoring.
• Familiar with IT internal control methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Identify existing and potential IT operation risks and report to supervisor.
• Implement detection and control measures to strengthen IT operations safety.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to resolve IT security and audit issues.
• Perform production incident investigations and analyze root causes.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and monitor rectification status.
• Maintain IT department emergency response plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance checks of departmental policies and procedures.
