Lacoste Hong Kong is seeking an ITOperations Manager to lead regional IT infrastructure operations, standardize processes, and manage the local infrastructure team.

The role ensures availability, integrity, and security of all technology infrastructures, including data centers, cloud services, networks, and servers, reporting to APAC IT Director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in production/enterprise infra
• Strong people management with conflict resolution
• ITIL certification valued; track record of process maturity
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft enterprise stacks, Azure, and Cisco networks
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, bridging cross-cultural teams

• Lead, mentor, and manage the local IT Infrastructure team.

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations: networks, servers, storage, telephony, backups, helpdesk.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture and cross-train critical infrastructure knowledge.
• Manage local vendor relationships, SLAs, and governance with global standards.
• Coordinate with APAC IT teams and Europe HQ for alignment and standards.
• Oversee procurement, budget tracking, and audit/compliance workflows.

Job description

Montaigne Hong Kong is looking for an ITOperations Manager to lead our regional IT infrastructure operations, driveprocess standardization, and manage the local infrastructure team.

This position is operationally responsiblefor the implementation, availability, integrity, and security of all technologyinfrastructures : including data centers, cloud services, networks, and serversystems.

It will report directly to the APAC ITDirector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership &Culture: Lead, mentor, and manage the local ITInfrastructure team, fostering a transparent, collaborative, andhigh-performance work environment.

Process Standardization: Drive IT service management transformation by implementing andenforcing ITIL-based practices, formalizing incident and problem management,and building comprehensive, documented standard operating procedures.

Infrastructure Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of technology infrastructure, includingnetworks, servers, storage, telephony, data backup, and user support/helpdeskfor local and regional users.

Knowledge Management &Continuity: Partner closely with internal technicalsubject matter experts to capture, document, and cross-train on criticalinstitutional infrastructure knowledge, mitigating single-point-of-failurerisks.

Vendor & Governance Management: Manage local vendor relationships, servicelevel agreements (SLAs), and operational governance while aligning closely withglobal IT corporate standards.

Regional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with IT teams in APAC subsidiaries (such as Japan,Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia) and Headquarters in Europe to ensureoperational alignment, compliance, and shared infrastructure standards.

Administrative & Financial Oversight: Oversee infrastructure procurement, budget tracking, vendor invoice management, and audit/compliance workflows.

IT Security &Compliance: Ensure the operational security,integrity, and availability of all regional IT systems, data, andinfrastructure. Oversee and enforce best practices in network and system security, implement comprehensive disaster recovery and backup operations, andensure full alignment with regulatory compliance requirements and corporatesecurity guidelines.

Profile

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years of total ITexperience, including 5+ years in a production, high-availability enterpriseenvironment covering infrastructure, systems, and network operations.

Demonstrated strong people managementskills, with proven experience in conflict resolution, team coaching.

ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundationor Managing Professional) will be valued, with a proven track record ofintroducing process maturity and service desk standardization.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoftenterprise stacks, Azure/cloud environments, and Cisco-based networkcommunication technologies.

Good communication skills in English andCantonese ; ability to bridge gaps across diverse corporate and regionalcultures.

Direct experience in vendor management, ITcompliance, and disaster recovery architecture
