Job summary

PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions throughout the development lifecycle. You will partner with end users to clarify and prioritize digital initiatives and document business processes.

The role includes liaising with vendors, supporting testing, and driving process optimization for better operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT system implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong IT background with understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and best practices in technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to translate complex business processes into clear, concise technical specifications.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin).
