Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a Senior Manager, Investment Solution and Operation to lead the team responsible for implementing investment and ALM optimization strategies using derivatives and other financial tools. The role builds the operation capability for trading various investment and hedging instruments.

You will collaborate with finance, actuaries and asset managers to ensure end-to-end investment operations, including data flow and systems integration, with leadership responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, actuarial science or related fields.
• Professional qualifications like CFA or FRM are a plus but not required.
• Approximately 10 years of related experience in life insurance investment, asset management or derivative trading.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Investment Solution and Operation team and oversee strategy execution.
• Support ALM optimization using derivatives and hedging instruments.
• Establish infrastructure for trading derivatives, repo, and collateral switches.
• Coordinate with external asset managers, custodians and internal stakeholders on execution and reporting.
