Job summary

Webull in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Product Specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle for mutual funds, bonds and structured products. You will screen, select, and conduct due diligence on third-party products, translating complex concepts for relationship managers and clients.

Responsibility includes onboarding, platform management with external fund houses, and creating market updates and sales collateral to support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management or investment advisory in private banking, wealth management, or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of multi-asset classes, including fund mechanics, global bond markets, equity derivatives, and payout structures of OTC structured products.
• Licensing such as SFC Type 1, 4 is highly preferred; CFA/FRM/CFP are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, screening, and selection of third-party investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products).
• Spearhead initial and continuous product due diligence to ensure compliance with risk parameters.
• Serve as SME for sales and advisory teams, providing product guidance and client pitching support.
• Create market updates, product write-ups, brochures, and pitch books for campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external fund houses and product issuers to optimize product shelf on the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers to design client workflows for product subscription and portfolio management.
