Endeavour Search Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a finance operations professional to support trading desks, confirm transactions, and ensure timely settlements. The role emphasizes real-time desk support, reconciliation, and collaboration with brokers and fund administrators.

You will streamline workflows, perform collateral and margin reporting, and contribute to a fast-paced, lean team environment. A degree in Finance/Business with at least three years in financial services is expected, with

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Good knowledge of listed products.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Fast-paced, lean team environment experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excel VBA and programming skills preferred.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Trainee role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver real-time support to Portfolio Managers and Trading Desk for accurate execution processing and quick resolution of booking, allocation, and settlement issues.
• Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, and P&L reconciliation.
• Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrators to resolve breaks.
• Streamline and document workflows through automation and process review.
• Perform collateral and margin reporting.
