Job summary

LVMH Fashion Group - Greater China is seeking an experienced risk and controls professional to lead the annual ERICA internal control assessment, work with business owners, test control design and effectiveness, and define action plans. You will conduct store and HQ audits, support process optimization across Greater China, drive awareness and share best practices, and report progress to local and HQ management.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required; travel across Greater China is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management controlling.
• Minimum 7 years of audit/internal control experience, retail preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Control Assessment and ERICA annual program with business owners.
• Define and align action plans to address control deficiencies and ensure closure.
• Serve as business partner to optimize and improve processes.
• Participate in new projects to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Reinforce control awareness and share best practices internally.
• Provide updates on control status to local and HQ management.
• Conduct store audits across Greater China and HQ audits as needed.
• Address weaknesses with follow-up and corrective actions.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to compliance or risk assessment.
