Job summary

Country Capital Asia Limited is offering a paid internship in Hong Kong to help with secondary market investment research. You will independently collect, sort, and verify equity and bond data, support industry trend analysis, and keep research databases updated.

The role requires Mandarin fluency with strong English, and solid Excel/Office skills for data work. Excellent interns with strong performance may receive a full-time return offer.

Qualifications

• Hong Kong resident or holder of valid IANG/work visa.
• Postgraduate student in Finance, Economics, Investment or related majors; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Office software with data sorting/analysis capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake core secondary market investment research auxiliary work; collect, sort, verify data on equity, bonds, and secondary market transactions.
• Conduct data screening, quantitative sorting and comparative analysis of secondary market targets; assist in identifying investment targets and logic; provide data support for research and trading layout.
• Complete other ad-hoc investment research and operational tasks.

Job description

1. 1. Undertake core secondary market investment research auxiliary work: independently collect, sort out and verify secondary market data including equity, bond and capital market transaction data; assist in sorting out industry trends, individual stock fundamentals, market sentiment and policy dynamics; regularly update investment research databases and data charts. 负责核心二级市场投研辅助工作：独立采集、整理、核验股票、债券等二级市场交易 及行情数据；协助梳理行业发展趋势、个股基本面、市场情绪及政策动态；定期更新 投研数据库、统计图表及各类投研台账。
2. 2. Conduct regular data screening, quantitative sorting and comparative analysis of secondary market targets, assist in mining potential investment targets and sorting out investment logic, and provide effective data support for the team’s investment research and trading layout. 定期对二级市场标的进行数据筛选、量化整理与对比分析，协助挖掘潜在投资标的、 梳理核心投资逻辑，为团队投研研判、交易布局提供详实有效的数据支撑。
3. 3. Complete other ad-hoc investment research and operational tasks assigned by the team. 完成团队交办的其他投研辅助及日常临时性工作。

Requirements 任职要求

1. 1. Hong Kong resident, or holder of a valid IANG visa/work visa. 香港居民，或持有有效非本地毕业生留港/回港就业签注（IANG）、工作签证。
2. 2. Postgraduate students majoring in Finance, Economics, Investment and other related majors; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. 金融、经济、投资等相关专业在读研究生，应届毕业生亦可申请。
3. 3. Proficient in basic computer skills, skilled in using Office software (Excel, PPT, Word), with data sorting and analysis capabilities preferred. 熟练掌握基础电脑操作，精通Office 办公软件（Excel、PPT、Word），具备数据整理、 分析能力者优先。
4. 4. Fluent in Mandarin, with solid written and verbal proficiency in both Chinese and English, able to independently complete bilingual sorting and writing of investment research materials. 普通话流利，具备优秀的中英双语读写、沟通能力，可独立完成投研资料的双语整理 与撰写工作。
5. 5. Possess good communication skills, team awareness, rigorous work attitude, strong executive ability and learning adaptability. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识，工作严谨细致，执行力与学习适应能力强。
