Job summary

TÜV Rheinland Group in Hong Kong's Products unit is looking for motivated interns or part-time staff to support staff with organizational tasks such as scheduling meetings and booking rooms, and to prepare reports and documents using standard software under supervision.

You will join a team active in ensuring product safety and compliance, with opportunities to learn across fields and develop professionally. The role welcomes bilingual communication and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Science / Chemistry / Electrical / Electronics / Physics or related disciplines.
• Internship or part-time students are welcome.
• Prefer to work at least 4 days per week for part-timers.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists staff/ project teams with organizational tasks e.g. scheduling meetings, booking rooms.
• Uses business software applications to create/prepare reports, presentations or documents.
• Completes less complex technical tasks under supervision according to the related field of study.
• Other duties as assigned.
