Job summary

INFOSIGHT CONSULTING seeks an experienced integration and BPM specialist to lead enterprise projects in a dynamic consulting environment. You will drive the design, delivery, and governance of workflow orchestration, ECM, and document management solutions using REST and SOAP APIs, and Azure services.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, applying Agile/Scrum practices to deliver scalable integrations while ensuring security and regulatory compliance across complex platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPM, Workflow Automation, and ECM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP services in enterprise integration.
• Proven ability to work with Sterling File Gateway or similar integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integration tools.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.
• 8+ years of experience in BPM, Workflow, ECM, Integration, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale integration projects.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise document repositories such as Chorus, FileNet similar platforms.
• Understanding of document capture, OCR, and content lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with security scanning tools and secure development practices.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.
