Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to support a strategic distribution transformation programme within a leading insurance organisation. You will drive governance, manage risk and compliance, and ensure delivery across complex business initiatives.

This role requires coordinating across business, operations, technology and compliance, reviewing privacy and control requirements, and supporting post‑implementation reviews to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

Insurance industry experience is essential.
Strong project governance and delivery management experience.
Experience managing risk, compliance and control requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiar with privacy and risk knowledge.
Ability to engage senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of platform enhancement and transformation initiatives.
Drive project governance, status reporting, issue management and delivery oversight.
Review privacy, compliance, risk and control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure appropriate governance processes and project documentation are maintained.
Support post-implementation reviews and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance functions.
Monitor project risks, dependencies and escalation items.
Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving distribution effectiveness and operational efficiency.
