Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador at our Wealth Select Centre & Customer Service Centre. You will address enquiries, requests, complaints, and policy verifications, and collaborate across departments to deliver one-stop service.

Candidates should have life insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin). University/college degree with 4–5 years' experience, or Form Five with 7–8 years' experience, is required.

Qualifications

• University/college graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience, or Form Five with at least 7-8 years of working experience.
• Solid knowledge of life insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and agents by addressing their enquiries, requests, complaints, and policy verifications.
• Provide prompt and accurate services, policy information, and professional advice to customers.
• Collaborate with Premium Collection and Underwriting to provide one-stop MCV verification service.
• Coach and mentor team members and prepare training material.
