SEED Foundation Limited is hiring part-time Instructors to deliver our Applied Data Analytics with Assistive AI program for secondary school students across Hong Kong. You’ll teach practical data analytics concepts using Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau and introductory Python in weekday sessions.

Ideal candidates have a degree in data-related fields and real-world data analytics experience, with fluent Cantonese, engaging teaching style, and a passion for helping young learners see how data tells

We’re Hiring Part-time Instructors for Data Analytics Courses in Hong Kong Schools

Do you enjoy working with data — and inspiring the next generation to think critically about how data shapes business, science and the world? SEED is looking for instructors to deliver our Applied Data Analytics with Assistive AI program for secondary school students across Hong Kong.

About the Program and SEED Foundation

Targeted for students aged 14-16, our three-level course (20 hours each, 8-12 lessons per level) takes students from spreadsheets and basic statistics, to Python and AI-assisted analysis, to big data and interactive dashboards. Students gain practical skills to apply in real-world business and science contexts. Our class size is size of 10 to 25.
We are looking for part-time instructors who are available during WEEKDAYS.

What You’ll Do

Teach fun, practical classes on data analytics to secondary school students.

Support hands-on projects using tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Tableau, introductory Python.

Make real-world data come alive with stories from business, technology, and science.

Guide students to build dashboards, run predictions, build presentations and tell stories with data.

Create a supportive, engaging classroom environment that encourages active participations from students

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Data, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Professional experience applying data analytics in business or science.

Comfortable with Python, Tableau, Spreadsheets

Fluent spoken Cantonese required

Enthusiastic about working with young learners. (Previous teaching/student workshop experience is a plus!)

Patient, engaging, and able to connect with students through relatable, real-world examples

Details

Part-time / contract basis

Around 20 teaching hours per level, plus prep and feedback. Classes are held on WEEKDAYS.

Classes take place in secondary schools across Hong Kong - local travel required.

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and background.
