This role will support customer projects involving VMware, Windows, SAN, and AIX environments. Competence in airport systems is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Strong technical expertise in AIX, VMware, Windows, and SAN storage.
• Preferred knowledge in network engineering and Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support for customer projects, including VMware, Windows, SAN, and AIX environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues across system components.
• Recommend improvements to system performance and provide input to IT project leads.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and ensure smooth delivery.
