Accenture Company Limited is seeking a Banking - Business & Technology Delivery Senior Analyst with strong Corporate Actions experience to support clients in Market Leading Support, Technology and Client Service in Corporate Action & Income aligned Investment Management, transforming and enhancing their asset servicing and post-trade operations.

The role combines deep domain expertise with business analysis, process improvement and technology-enabled transformation, handling end-to-end CA

Qualifications

• Strong Corporate Actions experience.
• Experience supporting clients in Market Leading Support, Technology and Client Service.
• Ability to transform and enhance asset servicing and post-trade operations.

Responsabilités

• Process Mandatory Corporate Action / Voluntary Corporate Action events across key dates.
• Reconcile CA events and payments to client on time.
• Monitor and resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis.
• Be the subject matter expert of process.
• Manage demanding prime brokerage client requirements.
• Liaise with front/middle/oversight/trade support groups and counterparties.
• Ensure system exception queues are cleared daily.
• Contribute to audit requirements and UAT as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with strong Corporate Actions experience to support clients in Market Leading Support, Technology and Client Service in Corporate Action & Income aligned Investment Management, transforming and enhancing their asset servicing and post-trade operations. The role combines deep domain expertise with business analysis, process improvement and technology-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be part of the team in a challenging environment to help the firm managing the corporate action events accurately and deliver low Assets at risk numbers which is crucial to the firm's risk & control as well as future transformation work.

Key elements of the role are:

• Process the Mandatory Corporate Action / Voluntary Corporate Action events effectively across key dates
• Reconcile the CA events & pay to client on time
• Monitor, Investigate and take action to resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis
• Be the Subject matter expert of process
• Manage the High demanding prime brokerage clients requirements
• Liaise with front office, middle office, oversight, trade support groups, agents / counterparties
• Monitor to make sure all the system exception queues are cleared on a daily basis
• Perform any other ad-hoc business requirement eg; Update/ review of Procedure documents, participating in UAT, supporting in Audit requirements etc..
