Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Operation Industrial Engineer to own Fab capacity, maintain the capacity model, and ensure capacity to prevent degradation. You will drive the team to meet OEE targets and work on capacity expansion, with a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2 years in semiconductor industrial engineering or related fields, strong Excel/Office skills, and excellent coordination and multi-tasking abilities to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 2 years of semiconductor industry experience in IE, PM, process engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Strong coordination, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in business communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure capacity modelling database integrity – OEE / Ptime / Qualification.
• Perform capacity analysis.
• Drive operations for improvement.
• Lead programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency, productivity improvement and layout optimisation.

YOUR ROLE

The Operation Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team to meet OEE and work on capacity expansion.

• To perform capacity analysis
• Drive operations for improvement

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's/Master's DegreeinIndustrialEngineering,ProjectManagementor equivalent.
• 2 yearsof relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
• Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
• Proficient in Business Communication and Written skills.
