Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong seeks an experienced corporate finance professional to execute comprehensive corporate finance operations, including IPOs and capital market refinancing, while conducting industry and company research to support financial analysis and modeling.

The role involves performing due diligence, initiating investment projects, formulating strategy, assessing potential deals, originating new business, and preparing compelling presentations and proposals for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
• 5–8 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking.
• Substantial knowledge of listing rules and regulatory requirements.
• SFC Type 6 license is required.
