Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong seeks an IBD SVP to lead execution of corporate finance for Chinese state-owned securities. You will drive IPOs, capital market refinancings, and complex advisory work, coordinating across teams to deliver results.

The role requires 5–8 years of corporate finance experience, fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), and strong knowledge of listing rules and regulatory requirements, including SFC Type 6 licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Accounting preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.
• 5–8 years corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking.
• Substantial knowledge of listing rules and regulatory requirements.
• SFC Type 6 license required.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
