Responsibilities

• Collaboratively plan engaging and challenging lessons and sequences to meet students' learning needs and ensure progression under the IB Primary Years Programme.
• Use a range of effective strategies for learning facilitation and positive classroom management.
• Maintain an organised, stimulating learning environment; use technology to enhance learning.
• Assess and report student progress with timely feedback to students and caregivers.
• Contribute to professional learning and collaborate with ESF colleagues to support school priorities.
