Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Hong Kong seeks a Trading and Client Flow Management professional to build client relationships with financial institutions and corporates, price and execute client flows, and manage risk and PnL signoffs within our global markets framework.

The role emphasizes platform enhancements, automation of flow processes, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial institutions with knowledge of FX and/or Rates products.
• Knowledge of sales, trading, and market risk concepts from studies, internships, or experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to apply product knowledge in trading.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Your key responsibilities: As a Trading and Client Flow Management person you will be responsible for: Build and expand client relationships across financial institutions and corporates Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows Risk management and portfolio optimization Responsible for execution, trade capture and PnL signoff of trading book Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements.

Your skills and experience: Strong understanding of financial institutions, with knowledge of FX and/or Rates products. Knowledge of sales, trading, and market risk concepts, gained through academic studies, internships, or relevant experience. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to apply product knowledge in a trading environment. Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading strategies, and evolving market dynamics, with a willingness to continuously develop expertise. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to contribute effectively in a high-performance environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for supporting clients across the region. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
