Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from planning through handover at Ang Mo Kio. You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage schedules, safety, and documentation.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, plus experience in ACMV, project leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Salary is S$5,500 monthly with mobile allowance and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project handling, preferably involving air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems.
• Prior project management experience in ACMV is strongly preferred, with several years of experience in relevant project roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from planning and design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors and internal departments on schedules, shop drawings, material approvals, site meetings and equipment deliveries.
• Review system designs and specifications to ensure compliance, performance and constructability.
• Appoint and manage sub-contractors, including defining scopes of work, monitoring performance and processing claims and payments.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance, including compliance with the Factory Act and BOWEC requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, budgets, forecasts and financial reports, including the submission of monthly progress claims.
• Supervise final testing and commissioning and prepare as-built drawings, handover documents, operation and maintenance manuals and related project reports.
• Establish maintenance service programmes during the Defects Liability Period and perform other duties assigned by the superior.
