Service Line Overview

Human Resources plays a vital role in attracting, engaging and retaining talent, ensuring that KPMG remains a top employer in China. We collaborate across functions to develop strategies, implement integrated HR solutions, cultivate a high-performance culture and enhance people experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the insurance benefit renewal process and support updating information on the intranet.
• Update and maintain HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business.
• Support Hong Kong insurance and benefits plans for Partners and staff.
• Support policy review and contract template updates.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources.
• Support the annual pay review and bonus process.
• Administer C&B related programs and participate in ad‑hoc projects.

Experience & Background

• Ideally an HR or business‑related degree.
• Relevant working experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attentive to detail, well‑organized and strong communication skills.
• Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
