Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Product Manager to support and manage the life cycle of home network products. You will analyze the market landscape to provide insights and help shape product positioning and messaging.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure deliverables of good quality, develop training content, and work with vendors to bring cutting-edge technology to market. A bachelor degree and 3+ years in product management are required, with English and Chinese proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in product management and development, preferably in telecommunication or IT industry.
Knowledge in networking, router, TCP/IP will be an advantage.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

To support & manage the product life cycle of home network products
Analyze market and competitor landscape to provide insights and recommendations for product development
Determine product positioning, selling points, value prepositions and key messages, create compelling marketing & promotion programs with Marketing team to reach the right segment
To work with internal parties & business partners to ensure deliverables in good quality
Develop and package training content on related products
Collaborate with vendors to bring cutting-edge technology and products to market
