Raffles Family Office is seeking an Insurance Case Administrator to manage high-net-worth life insurance cases from submission to policy issuance. You will review applications for completeness, coordinate with RMs and insurers, and prepare quotations to support client discussions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage HNW life insurance cases from application submission through underwriting and policy issuance, ensuring cases are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Review new business applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and potential underwriting concerns prior to submission.
Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and insurers to manage outstanding requirements and keep cases progressing.
Coordinate medical appointments, medical requirements and supporting documentation for new applications and policy renewals.
Prepare insurance quotations, proposals and related documentation to support RMs and client discussions.
Provide ongoing case updates and operational support to RMs, highlighting outstanding requirements, underwriting developments and next steps.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation across internal systems, email and insurer/web-based platforms.
Support policy issuance, annual renewals and other case-related administrative requirements.
Manage multiple active cases concurrently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness and compliance.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Relevant insurance certifications and licenses will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage firms, handling both new business submissions and existing policy servicing.
Prior experience working within a multi-carrier environment and managing high-net-worth (HNW) client cases is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of responsibilities independently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
