Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the hedge fund accounting and finance function, with oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.

You will partner with senior leadership to deliver financial analysis, drive cost management, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and a defined benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate finance roles.
• Qualified accountant with CPA/CA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance; strong exposure to multi-jurisdictional finance.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the hedge fund firm's finance function across reporting and control.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing, and tax matters with governance.
• Manage treasury, cash, liquidity, FX, and capital allocation activities.
• Strengthen banking relationships and financing arrangements for growth.
• Drive cost management, efficiency programs, and data-driven insights.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and governance compliance across jurisdictions.
