Job summary

Lalamove in Hong Kong is seeking a Lead, Risk Operations (Information Security) to oversee security strategy, audits, and incident response across global data assets. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and overseas teams to optimize security operations and protect sensitive information.

The role requires 5+ years in data/information security, a relevant degree, and certifications such as CISA or CISSP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data security or information security.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Security or related field.
• Familiar with office network security architecture and policy development.
• Excellent English and Mandarin with cross-border communication abilities.
• Experience with overseas business security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy configuration and monitoring for office security software (DLP, encryption, etc.).
• Drive data classification and grading policies for office data.
• Establish and operate employee data security risk monitoring and audits.
• Perform risk assessments and implement governance and control solutions.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, IT and overseas teams to develop security frameworks.
• Organize security awareness training for employees.
