Overview

Anthesis Business Intelligence prides itself as operating as one consolidated practice. While the focus of this role would be on growing our Hong Kong business, each practitioner is expected to take a business-wide approach to their role. To this extent, we would expect the candidate to:

1. Assist with quality controlling work across Business Intelligence, even where it falls outside of their core regional focus.
2. Lead by example, readily offering help where required, providing support and encouragement to the team and contributing to an inclusive, transparent and cohesive working culture.
3. Able to work across jurisdictions as required by the business and demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude towards getting involved with work in other parts of the practice.

Actively involved in on-the-job training for junior team members, supporting development and knowledge building in areas pertinent to both their jurisdiction and practice area as well as the wider business.
