Job summary

Fosun Wealth Holdings in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Compliance Lead to build and maintain the regulatory framework for licensed businesses across Hong Kong and Singapore.

You will conduct daily KYC/AML reviews, coordinate with HK SFC and MAS on regulatory requirements, oversee reporting and license filings, and drive training and investigations to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, law or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of compliance experience in securities or wealth management.
• Team management experience; familiar with AML/CFT regulations and compliance system tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the compliance framework for licensed businesses in Hong Kong and Singapore, developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and operational workflows;
• Conduct day-to-day compliance reviews and monitoring, covering KYC, AML, trade surveillance and market conduct supervision;
• Liaise with the Hong Kong SFC and Singapore MAS on regulatory requirements, responsible for regulatory reporting, annual license filings and regulatory communications;
• Organize compliance training and awareness programs; lead investigations of compliance incidents, remediation and tracking to closure.

• Liaise with the Hong Kong SFC and Singapore MAS on regulatory requirements, responsible for regulatory reporting, annual license filings and regulatory communications;
• Organize compliance training and awareness programs; lead investigations of compliance incidents, remediation and tracking to closure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, law or related disciplines; strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory frameworks (Hong Kong as priority);
• 3+ years of compliance experience in securities or wealth management institutions with licensed backgrounds;
• Team management experience; familiar with AML/CFT regulations and compliance system tools;
• Good command of English and Chinese; strong communication, coordination and risk judgment skills; able to independently lead a team in handling cross-border compliance matters.
